Leadership Council chairman congratulates President Putin on his re-election to a new term

Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, sent a congratulations cable to President Vladimir Putin of the Federal Republic of Russia on his re-election to a new presidential term.
