Marem, Arab Academy for Banking discuss providing facilities for the Yemeni community

Cairo – Saba
The Ambassador of Yemen in Cairo, Dr. Muhammad Marem, discussed with the Vice President of the Arab Academy for Banking and Administrative Sciences, Dr. Amr Al-Nahhas, the possibility of providing the necessary facilities for the members of the Yemeni community in Egypt to study at the academy.

Ambassador Marem praised the great role played by the Egyptian universities and academies in providing the appropriate educational service for the Yemeni community in light of the conditions that Yemen is experiencing, as a result of the Houthi militia coup and the systematic destruction of the education and higher education sector at the hands of the sectarian militia, stressing that the outputs of Egyptian universities will certainly contribute to rebuilding the Yemeni state, in which the Arab Republic of Egypt has played a role in building its institutions since 1962.

Dr. Al-Nahhas gave an explanation about the Academy’s programs at different educational levels, in addition to the training programs it provides to those involved in the labor market with the aim of qualifying administrative and banking cadres in various public and private institutions, noting that the Academy will open a branch in the temporary capital, Aden, after it opened its first branch in the city of Ma’rib two years ago.
